Documentation and manuals can be supplied in traditional hard-copy format, interactive electronic format providing quick navigation or a combination of the two depending entirely on the needs of the client.

If fully electronic documentation is required, technical information can be uploaded to a web matrice.

All text and graphical files used in the manual suites are created using industry standard and compliant packages and formats to ensure long-term viability of information access. All files are produced and supplied to client specifications.

'A Guide to the Building' is a unique document produced by Aquatech.

It is produced to identify the equipment and facilities available, with regard to the location of control and monitoring panels within a building and includes a short description of the systems and their use.

This document is directed at possibly non technical staff, responsible for the operation of the building on a day to day basis in a safe way.

It includes photographs, drawings etc in order to simplify what may be complex systems into user friendly procedures.

Technical maintenance is usually addressed by engineering staff using detailed 'Operation & Maintenance' manuals.

Aquatech's engineers acquire an in-depth knowledge of the projects they are involved with and so are in an ideal position to co-ordinate Operator and Maintainer training courses on completion or handover of a site. Training plans are developed to meet the requirements of the client and typically involve the production of operator handbooks, training aids and liasing with manufacturers to provide specialist training where appropriate.
